My name is Vivian Ninsiima, administrator of Love and Care for the Child Ministries (LCCM) and director of Early Learning Primary School. I am an Operations Director of Kickstart Coffee UK in Uganda.

My role at the school is to oversee the daily operations of the organisation and school simultaneously. I have a legal background with experience in working with non-governmental organisations. I have a passion to see change and transformation in children's lives and that has led me to work with LCCM.

I work directly with Perlenkette to oversee the projects that they engage in at the school, and it is a huge milestone for our organisation. We are forever grateful for the support accorded to us.

Meine Rolle an der Schule ist es, die Tagesgeschäfte der Organisation und der Schule gleichzeitig zu beaufsichtigen. Ich habe Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit NGOs. Ich habe eine Leidenschaft dafür, Veränderung und Transformation in den Leben von Kindern zu erleben und das hat mich dazu gebracht, bei LCCM zu arbeiten.

Ich arbeite direkt mit Perlenkette zusammen, um die Projekte zu betreuen, an denen sie sich an der Schule beteiligen, und das ist ein großer Meilenstein für unsere Organisation. Für die uns entgegengebrachte Unterstützung sind wir auf ewig dankbar.

My name is Racheal Komugisha Matsiko. I am a Ugandan, married to Mr. Marvin Matsiko. I have a bachelor's degree in Child and Youth Development from Uganda Christian University.

I have worked as an Administrator in child based and focused organizations since 2017 when I graduated. I have worked at "the cradle", a 24 hour child care center in Kampala, as well as "Love and Care for the Child Ministries" and the "Early Learning School" in Entebbe. I am a partner of Perlenkette. Therefore I represent the organization in my home country and I make sure Perlenkette goals are achieved in Uganda. I also give any necessary advice on the projects being done in Uganda.

My passion for holistic child development is my biggest motivation to cooperate with Perlenkette because Perlenkette is focused on the wellbeing and education of children.

My motivation quote is a bible verse, Proverbs 22:6: Train up a child in the way he should go even when he is old he will not depart from it. This encourages me to focus on children because while they are young, they are teachable and I have the opportunity to show them the right way to live. Children are like 'wet cement' and whatever I teach/ show/ train them is easily taken in, because they are very receptive unlike when they are grown and are like dry cement/ unreceptive.

Mein Name ist Racheal Komugisha Matsiko. Ich lebe in Uganda und bin mit Marvin Matsiko verheiratet . An der "Uganda Christian University" habe ich Kinder- und Jugendentwicklung studiert.

Seit meinem Abschluss im Jahr 2017 habe ich in der Verwaltung verschiedener Kinder- und Jugend-organisationen gearbeitet, unter anderem in der Kindertagesstätte "The Cradle" in Kampala. Aktuell arbeite ich für die Hilfsorganisation "Love and Care for the Child Ministries" und an der "Early Learning School", die Partnerschule von Perlenkette in Entebbe.

Ich bin Partnerin von Perlenkette und repräsentiere den Verein in Uganda. Dort unterstütze ich die vor Ort laufenden Projekte mit Rat und Tat bestmöglich, um unsere gemeinsamen Ziele zu erreichen. Meine größte Motivation für die Zusammenarbeit mit Perlenkette ist meine Begeisterung für die Entwicklung von Kindern, und Perlenkette setzt sich für das Wohlergehen der Kinder und ihren Zugang zu Bildung ein.

Mein Lebensmotto ist ein Bibelvers (22:6): Gewöhne ein Kind an seinen Weg, so lässt es auch nicht davon, wenn es alt wird. Das motiviert mich, Kindern zu helfen, denn sie sind noch jung und daher lernfähig, so kann ich ihnen gute Lebensweisen zeigen. Kinder sind wie "nasser Zement", was immer ich ihnen beibringe und zeige, lernen sie schnell, denn sie sind aufnahmefähig. Anders als Erwachsene Personen; die sind das nicht mehr, sie gleichen 'trockenem Zement'.
